At a glance The Solutions Company LLC is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Our current funding-strategy focus is preparation for qualified businesses that may pursue 0% introductory-APR business credit-card opportunities. Issuers control all offers, underwriting, approvals, limits, rates, and terms.
1. Educational and Consulting Information
Website information, quizzes, checklists, calculators, consultations, roadmaps, and educational materials are for general business education and consulting support. They are not a substitute for individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.
2. Not a Lender or Credit Decision-Maker
The Company does not lend money, issue credit cards, make underwriting decisions, or control a bank, issuer, bureau, creditor, or monitoring service. Unless separately and expressly disclosed, we do not arrange or broker loans. A strategy, readiness result, or product reference is not an offer, commitment, preapproval, or guarantee of credit.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
We do not guarantee approval, funding, credit limits, introductory or ongoing APRs, fees, credit-score increases, account deletions, corrections, completion dates, savings, revenue, profit, business growth, or any other result. Individual results vary. Past examples, testimonials, case studies, or aggregate figures are not promises of what another person or business will achieve.
4. 0% Introductory-APR Offers
A 0% introductory APR is temporary and governed entirely by the issuer's current terms. It may apply only to specified purchases or balance transfers, may involve fees, may require minimum payments, and may end after the promotional period or earlier after default or another event in the card agreement. The standard APR may be substantially higher after the introductory period.
5. Credit and Application Effects
An application may result in a hard inquiry, may require a personal guarantee, may affect personal or business credit, and may be reported to one or more consumer or commercial bureaus. Opening multiple accounts, carrying balances, missing payments, or using a high percentage of available credit can create financial and credit risk. Bank and bureau practices change and are not controlled by the Company.
6. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing current issuer disclosures, verifying application information, deciding whether to apply, understanding repayment obligations, and using any credit responsibly. Never misstate revenue, ownership, income, business activity, time in business, intended use, or any other application fact. Consider your cash flow and repayment plan before taking on debt.
7. Third-Party Information and Services
Rates, underwriting practices, bureau pulls, product terms, eligibility criteria, and third-party data may change without notice. We try to use reliable information but cannot guarantee that third-party information is complete, current, or error-free. Credit-monitoring results and scores may differ from the report or model used by a lender.
8. Professional Advice
Consult an attorney for legal questions, a tax professional for tax questions, a licensed accountant for accounting questions, and an appropriately licensed financial professional for investment or personalized financial-planning advice. Business-formation assistance is administrative and educational and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
